Applicant must be able and willing to travel within a 30 mile radius of base. Will service three locations in Houston area. Travel time and mileage is reimbursed.
Applicant MUST be able to pass a background check.
Maintenance personnel will be responsible for carrying out work orders distributed by the Maintenance Director in order to keep all of our facilities in good repair. Maintenance work must be of good quality and performed in a timely manner. Duties may include but are not limited to handy man repairs, and other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director. Any HVAC or electrical experience is beneficial. Plumbing experience is required.
Increased pay after 90 days if the review has determined you exhibit great work ethic, and your skills, knowledge and drive are strong
